This 23.8-inch industrial panel mount monitor is engineered for machine builders, system integrators and OEMs who need a large, dependable display that installs flush into a control cabinet, terminal or equipment enclosure. The KZ238F pairs a Full HD 1920×1080 TFT LCD panel with wide 89° viewing angles in every direction, 250–300 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, delivering crisp, readable graphics for HMI screens, dashboards and process visualization. Its 3 mm ultra-thin front bezel and IP65-rated flat front panel create a clean, sealed surface that resists dust, oil and splashes, while the high-precision aluminum alloy enclosure enables a fanless, fully enclosed design. Driven by a self-developed industrial display driver board, the KZ238F offers excellent anti-interference performance and efficient heat dissipation for reliable 24/7 operation.

Connectivity and flexibility are central to the KZ238F’s design. HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA inputs let it connect directly to industrial PCs, box PCs and controllers without adapters, supporting resolutions up to 1920×1080 at 60Hz. An audio input/output port supports alarms and voice prompts, and a dedicated grounding terminal improves electrical stability in electrically noisy plant environments. The monitor is available in three versions: non-touch (KZ238F), 10-point projected capacitive touch (KZ238FC) and single-point resistive touch (KZ238FR). Touch models connect through a USB-defined RJ45 port and ship with an RJ45-to-USB touch cable, with a COM (serial) touch controller available on request. Front-accessible OSD keys and a multilingual on-screen menu make setup quick for operators and technicians.

Built for harsh industrial conditions, the KZ238F accepts a wide DC 12–36V power input through a secure 2-pin Phoenix terminal, making it a natural fit for 12V and 24V control systems; a threaded DC 5.5×2.1 connector is available as an option. It operates from -10°C to 60°C, with an extended -20°C to 70°C version available for custom projects, and tolerates up to 95% non-condensing humidity. Installation is just as flexible: the monitor supports panel mount, wall-embedded, wall-mounted, desktop, folding, VESA 75/100 and suspended mounting. Finished in black with an optional silver housing, the KZ238F is an ideal display for industrial control, terminal equipment and human-machine interaction (HMI) applications.
