Kitchen Displays, MDM - Mobile Device Managers

Cafe Rio & Geekland Kitchen Display Systems

For over 25 years, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill’s unwavering dedication to freshness and quality has propelled its growth to over 150 locations nationwide. Seeking to modernize their backroom operations, Cafe Rio sought a trusted partner capable of collaborating on the project within their technical and budget requirements for Kitchen Display Systems.

Geekland undertook a detailed assessment of their requirements, considering factors like size, performance, capabilities and maintenance of the Kitchen Display Systems. Collaborating closely with Cafe Rio’s technical stakeholders, Geekland curated a tailored list of Kitchen Display Systems, refining it to an ideal candidate for evaluation and testing.

Critical to Cafe Rio’s environment was the interoperability with the Meraki MDM. Geekland liaised with their operations team to ensure seamless configuration for optimal performance. Leveraging an MDM facilitated swift response to field issues and provided a secure platform for Kitchen Display Systems management and updates.

Additionally, Cafe Rio opted to outsource staging and installation to Geekland, who seamlessly coordinated with their I&M partner, ResourcePOS, ensuring proficient field skills for project completion.
