Primarily targeting Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and developers, the time clock includes a front-facing camera optimized for facial recognition, and supports user authentication via an integrated Near-Field Communication (NFC) reader (), or an optional Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) reader () for various card types.
Developers have the flexibility to create innovative native Android time clock applications, leveraging the integrated card reader and facial recognition capabilities for secure user authentication. Alternatively, the device is compatible with web-based time clock applications.
The Android Time Clock tablet features multiple interfaces, including a built-in relay, which ensures straightforward integration with external systems. OEMs can utilize a comprehensive Software Development Kit (SDK) to create proprietary applications or may install compatible third-party applications directly from the Android Play Store.
