Biometric Time Clock & Attendance system & Temperature Scanner

The BIOSCAN TimeClock device with built-in temperature scanner allows you to rapidly clock in and clock out your employees, workers or visitors while ensuring the safety of your work place. Using the biometric facial recognition feature, the TimeClock accurately recognizes who is clocking in or out, takes their temperature and logs their check in and check out times.  The device generates an alarm when the temperature exceeds a pre-set 37.3C or 99.14F (configurable) threshold. Alerts are displayed on the screen along with audible voice alarms. Alerts can also be sent via email to the supervisor, manager or security gaurd so that a secondary scan can be taken to ensure that the worker that is logging in is free of Covid. With the Questionnaire feature, you can also enable users to take Covid questionnaire survey using the touchscreen interface and so keep track of this information.

Besides facial recognition the device optionally supports RFID/HID proximity card reader (125Khz) or  Mifare card reader (13.56MHz) to identify the person using company issued RFID or Mifare access cards.

The device can be deployed on a network via WIFI or Ethernet and managed remotely via a PC on your local LAN. You can remotely configure the devices, monitor alerts on the devices, review attendance logs, export logs and control employee access to building facilities. You can view detailed reports of the employee clock-in times and temperature scans. Alerts can also be emailed to an authorised person. The device can also be integrated with access control systems for door access.  

The unit supports various mounting options including wall mount, floor mount and counter-top desk mount.options.
